Features
Hex head bolts and hex cap screws, feature a hexagonal head with machine thread. A hex cap screw features a washer face under the head, while hex bolts has none of these features. Hex tap bolt is a full threaded bolt.
A bolt, a form of threaded fastener, is designed to be used in conjunction with a nut. A bolt consists of a head and a threading shank. Head types can be hex head, square head, T head, eye shape, hex washer head (hex flange head), it goes a list. A bolt is usually named per its head type, then we have hex head bolt, square head bolt, T head bolt, hex flange head bolt, eye bolt, Anchor bolt, hanger bolt and custom bolt.
Square head bolt features large flat sides and used in tight or dark spaces where the bolt must be tighten blindly.

Description
Hex flange bolt, also known as a hex washer head screw, it features a hex bolt with a washer, hex flange bolt eliminates the using of a washer, the flange can distribute the load and help protect the surface.
Eye Bolt，also known as lifting eye bolt, collar eye bolt, features a shank and a ring or loop for attaching ropes or hooks. We have wire eye bolt (with nuts), forged eye bolt, swing eye bolts.
T bolt has a T shape head as its name, it connects the framework and accessories easily and quickly.
Stud bolt are externally threaded fasteners, below is types of studs:
Fully threaded stud—also known as threaded bar, continuous thread stud, which is used with nuts at each end, length of fully threaded stud is measured from end to end, or from
first thread to first thread, this type of stud is applied to temperature-pressure piping.
Double end stud – It has threading at each end of the stud, and a shank in the middle, thread length is equal. The shank is full body diameter, or undersized. This type of stud needs nuts to mate.
Tap end stud –Different to double end stud, thread length is not equal , it has a shorter thread on one end. The tap end is for screwing into a tapped hole.
Hanger bolt, is headless bolt designed to hang materials from wooden structural. One end is self tapping lag thread for using in wood, the other end is machine screw end which needs to mate standard nut.
Solar hanger bolt material is sus304, it is designed for roof mounted solar panels or fixed rails. A whole hanger bolt kit is composed of one stainless steel hanger bolt , three hex flanged nuts, one epdm rubber washer, L foot or mounting plate.

U bolt is a U shape bolt with machine threads for nuts on both ends, it is convenient to fit around pipes and tubings with the curved shape.
Standard U bolt ( or round U bolt) is designed for fastening wood or steel posts to pipes or round steel bars. Square U bolt is designed for square pipes and trailer applications.
