Cam Lever is also called quick release lever, it’s a device made up of a lever and assemblies.

They’re suitable for most clamping applications and allows you to make convenient and quick clamping adjustments without assistance of any tools, which can save time.

 

  • How do cam levers work?

When pushing down on the handle, the pressure applied on head will quickly draw two parts together for quick adjustments while pulling up the cam lever allow the clamp distance to be adjustable.

 

  • What assemblies you can choose for cam lever?

The main assemblies of cam lever include thrust washer, barrel nut, threaded studs, or thrust washer. All of these assemblies are selectable.

 

 

  • What size we offer?

Currently we can offer handle match with thread dia: M3, M4, M5, M6, M8, 1/4-20 etc. For M10, we can provide custom service to meet dimensional requirement of your drawing.

 

For the size of assemblies, we can provide certain size for washer, nut. The threaded studs can be customized according to the clamping height you need.

 

 

  • Whats the material for the cam lever set?

 

Our levers are all made of cast aluminum, other material like stainless steel, zinc can be customized according to special request. And we apply different surface treatment to give different texture and color options. The main methods we use is powder-coating and anodizing. Powder coating gives a more advanced texture, while anodizing offer more color option such as black, silver, red, green, blue, purple, yellow, etc. The color for powder-coating surface is usually black, but other color can also be specified.

 

For the material of assemblies, the barrel nut and threaded studs can be stainless steel or carbon steel. The thrust washer is plastic combined with stainless steel or carbon steel.
